VARER began its operations in 1962 as a small lathe and machining workshop in Ardeşen, Rize. In 1973, it expanded in Samsun’s industrial sites, continuing its production and contracting activities. In 1976, it operated in a 250 m² workshop in Kartal, Istanbul, with a specialized team.
