VARER began its operations in 1962 as a small lathe and machining workshop in Ardeşen, Rize. In 1973, it expanded in Samsun’s industrial sites, continuing its production and contracting activities. In 1976, it operated in a 250 m² workshop in Kartal, Istanbul, with a specialized team. With the acquisition of the TSE certificate, it successfully participated in various state tenders. In May 2007, it obtained the ISO 9001 certification, continuing its work as a global partner in the defense industry. Since 2011, it has been operating in the field of metal processing with its expert team in Tuzla Leather Organized Industrial Zone.
As of April 2020, with the National and NATO Facility Security Certificates, we are able to carry out all projects requiring confidentiality at our facility.
