VARER was established in 1962 as a small lathe workshop in Ardeşen, Rize. It expanded in Samsun in 1973 and continued operations in Istanbul Kartal in 1976 with a specialized team. With the TSE certificate, it successfully participated in state tenders.
In 2007, it obtained ISO 9001 certification, becoming a global partner in the defense industry. Since 2011, it has been operating in metal processing in Tuzla. In 2020, it acquired the National and NATO Facility Security Certificate, enabling it to handle confidential projects.
